Seven Days of Secret Diamonds: 7 Reasons Why I Love My Family
Hi to all visiting my blog! I'll be sharing...well, the title says it all. But anyway, let me highlight the event that I'm pretty confident of sharing my 7 reasons why I love my family! It'll not be exactly 7 but it's 7.
Some of us may have read The Secret Diamond Sisters. I've got something for you today, in fact a couple surprises your way. Not to worry, everyone will have some more surprises from this post today!
The Deepest Blue
Author: Kim Williams Justesen (Website, Twitter, Facebook)
Publisher: Tanglewood Press
Buy online: Amazon | Barnes & Noble
Book borrowed from the national library
Mike hasn't spoken to his mother in years, and what few memories he has of her are painful. When Mike's dad is killed in a car accident, Mike wants to stay in his hometown and live with Maggie, his dad's girlfriend, who has been like a mother to him for the last five years. But Mike's mother reappears in his life and demands that he return to her custody and live on the other side of the country with a family he doesn't know. The law is on his mother's side, and Mike will have to grow up quickly and take on the legal system to have the life he wants.
This deeply moving story of a young teen's difficult family relationships reflects the reality of many children and teens with strong emotional ties to adults who have no legal rights in the instance of death or divorce.
(Actual) Rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Deepest Blue is another random book that I've picked up from the library. I didn't expect the tragic lost. The heartache that cause the characters to grief as well as their current obstacles that comes after, is inevitable.

Crash Into You
Author: Katie McGarry (Website, Twitter, Facebook)
Publisher: Harlequin Teen
Buy online: Amazon | Barnes & Noble
Book borrowed from the national library
(Actual) Rating: 4 of 5 stars
I was starting to worry whether I would enjoy Crash Into You. For starters, trust me I absolutely enjoyed the ride and having entangled in obstacles that Isaiah and Rachel have to face. In my opinion, this is a better one than Ryan and Beth's story.
I want to mention the conflict though. The conflict screams badass and serious danger. It was realistic enough. On the other hand, I was just expecting a good solution to the problem, because when I found out, it has left me with no comments or any way of expressing how I agree to it. It was pretty dull of a solution to the conflict, besides the romance that happened between Rachel and Isaiah.

Clockwork Princess
Author: Cassandra Clare (Website, Twitter, Facebook)
Publisher: Walker
Buy online: Amazon
Book borrowed from the national library
(Actual) Rating: 4.5 of 5 stars
I could not find the right words to review Clockwork Princess as it has greatly been a pleasure to read. The trilogy in it's entirety itself, from the beginning, has captured my heart to continue to know more of, the characters especially. Overall, I've realized the purpose of the prequel. One of them was Henry Branwell's genius inventions that shaped the Shadowhunter world. It has fairly fascinated me.
