Binge

Pop-culture phenomenon, social rights advocate, and the most prominent LGBTQ+ voice on YouTube, Tyler Oakley brings you his first collection of witty, personal, and hilarious essays.

For someone who made a career out of over-sharing on the Internet, Tyler has a shocking number of personal mishaps and shenanigans to reveal in his first book: experiencing a legitimate rage blackout in a Cheesecake Factory; negotiating a tense standoff with a White House official; crashing a car in front of his entire high school, in an Arby’s uniform; projectile vomiting while bartering with a grandmother; and so much more.

In Binge, Tyler delivers his best untold, hilariously side-splitting moments with the trademark flair that made him a star.

Binge consists of short stories written by Tyler Oakley and you have to be emotionally ready for the things that he explicitly shared with his fans on this personal collection untold stories. The best book you'll ever receive and get a better view of his successes in his career as a Youtuber especially how the platform has impacted millions of fans through the Internet and become the person that he is to this day.

Each of every chapter has a significant view that Tyler's passionate to share about and I have to be honest as his stories were all very downright hilarious which I truly had a great time enjoying this book! His opinions and some chapters on top ten/twenty lists are pretty interesting information that I've never thought Tyler would write about. Very entertaining book at the same time inspiring happiness to readers to continue knowing who they are as an individual. The things that Tyler exposed the readers about himself can get a little naughty and whisk away (see what I did there, phandom) the bad days that I've been through knowing now that I'm not alone and better days is yet to come!

I wouldn't exchange the time that I spent reading Binge because this has given me the chance to get a glimpse of how Tyler as a famous YouTuber connects to fans as his best friends and comes vulnerable to the point where this is just Mathew Tyler Oakley who still wants to live life to the fullest. He's not guilty of the things he has done in the past. He's proud to proclaim that for every single time he's able to contribute back to the community especially on the Internet- he's doing it for the people he loves and his people. He personally shares his mistakes and takes full responsibility and won't be apologetic about them because he's taking only the opportunities that makes him feel alive. "If there's one thing worth binging on, it's making it work." which sums up Binge in its entirety.

If you're still wondering how to make your life work - go ahead and binge on the things that makes you happy! Read Binge now! It helps!
