I definitely had a great time reading Last Sacrifice! From laughter in one corner in the room to tinge of sadness and heartache. The drama that surrounds the story to murder mystery and false accusation. I couldn't have ask for a better book to read after my stressing month. It's got to be Last Sacrifice!

I'll probably keep my thoughts about the book short and sweet.

Vampire Academy #4: Blood Promise

How far will Rose go to keep her promise? The recent Strigoi attack at St. Vladimir's Academy was the deadliest ever in the school's history, claiming the lives of Moroi students, teachers, and guardians alike. Even worse, the Strigoi took some of their victims with them... including Dimitri. He'd rather die than be one of them, and now Rose must abandon her best friend, Lissa – the one she has sworn to protect no matter what – and keep the promise Dimitri begged her to make long ago. But with everything at stake, how can she possibly destroy the person she loves most?

It's a thick book, lots of scenes had occurred on Rose's journey to look for the man she loved. I took my time to read the book thoroughly, indulging myself in each moment reading Rose's perspective - I want every detail to absorb me away from reality and homework. Finally after reading it, it left me to deal with my current book hangover. Definitely a must read!

How do I start this review? My thoughts are all over the place. My heart was just stabbed right through the chest whenever I think about the last few chapters. I'll make this review short and concise.

Vampire Academy #2: Frostbite

Rose loves Dimitri, Dimitri might love Tasha, and Mason would die to be with Rose. It's winter break at St. Vladimir's, but Rose is feeling anything but festive. A massive Strigoi attack has put the school on high alert, and now the Academy's crawling with Guardians–including Rose's hard-hitting mother, Janine Hathaway. And if hand-to-hand combat with her mom wasn't bad enough, Rose's tutor Dimitri has his eye on someone else, her friend Mason's got a huge crush on her, and Rose keeps getting stuck in Lissa's head while she's making out with her boyfriend, Christian! The Strigoi are closing in, and the Academy's not taking any risks...This year, St. Vlad's annual holiday ski trip is mandatory. But the glittering winter landscape and the posh Idaho resort only create the illusion of safety. When three friends run away in an offensive move against the deadly Strigoi, Rose must join forces with Christian to rescue them. But heroism rarely comes without a price...

This is better than I thought it would be! This sequel to Vampire Academy has very nice, neat and well-paced. Huge improvement to the plot and in character development. I specifically got super thrilled with the actions and snide comments with a sense of humor that I can’t hold to stifle a laugh or snort. Probably one would have already noticed my weirdness and real creepy around books while I was at public places reading Frostbite haha!

I just knew this series has its interesting glow that will pull me to read it and really read it to view my opinions clearly enough that it’s beyond good. YES it has proved it and impressed me especially Rose.

Vampire Academy

St. Vladimir's Academy isn't just any boarding school–it's a hidden place where vampires are educated in the ways of magic and half-human teens train to protect them. Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, a bodyguard for her best friend Lissa, a Moroi Vampire Princess. They've been on the run, but now they're being dragged back to St. Vladimir's–the very place where they're most in danger. Rose and Lissa become enmeshed in forbidden romance, the Academy's ruthless social scene, and unspeakable nighttime rituals. But they must be careful lest the Strigoi–the world's fiercest and most dangerous vampires–make Lissa one of them forever.

This is the first time ever I'm trying out to read another vampire book series since Twilight. All I am hoping for at the beginning is that it turns out good like I had when reading Twilight. Now don't judge me. I'm just being honest that I truly enjoyed reading Twilight Saga, all right.

I have to say that Vampire Academy wasn't that real bad of a read, in fact, I couldn't put down the book - it was all I could do really. I attempted many times not to be extremely into it but yeah, I did like it. Apparently, I am very much looking forward to what's gonna happen next.
